The service

The Only Fitness App provides AI-powered fitness tracking and coaching. You can log workouts, nutrition, sleep, body measurements, and other health-related data through natural language conversations with an AI assistant.

This app is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, exercise, or wellness program. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this app.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the payment platform's policies (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).

Your data

You retain ownership of your fitness data. You grant us a license to use this data to provide the service (including processing by AI models). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Accuracy

AI-generated nutrition estimates, workout suggestions, and other outputs are approximations. They may not be accurate for your specific situation. Always verify important nutritional or health information independently.

Termination

The Only Fitness App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or other damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its outputs.
